At FreeJSONtoCSV, we take data privacy and security seriously. Because we design all conversions to execute directly in your web browser, your private data files never cross the network or touch our servers.

1. 100% Client-Side Processing

All file parser algorithms, dot-notation schema flattener tools, and file generators are executed locally within your browser using HTML5 File Reader APIs and Web Workers.

• We do not upload your CSV or JSON files.
• We do not transmit text input or results to any database.
• All processing memory is released when you close the tab.

2. Information Collection

Because we do not use backends, database engines, or tracking pipelines:

• No Personal Data: We do not ask for registration, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to use the tool.
• No Cookies: We do not set cookies or tracking identifiers designed to build behavioral profiles.
• No File Logs: Since file conversion runs in browser memory, we cannot log your files, filenames, or schemas.

3. Use of Local Storage

We use the browser's standard Local Storage API solely to preserve your visual preference configuration:

• color-scheme: Saves your selected interface theme (either light mode, dark mode, or system default) so it persists when you return.

You can clear this preference at any time by clearing your browser cache or site settings.

4. Hosting Infrastructure

Our static site is hosted on a content delivery network (CDN). Like all static hosting platforms, the provider's server may log standard metadata (such as your IP address, browser type, referral URL, and timestamp) for server security, integrity audits, and load mitigation.

These CDN log files do not contain, link to, or interact with any data you copy, paste, or upload into the FreeJSONtoCSV tool.
